This was the hardest one to get through - not as interesting and if it wasn't part of a series I would have stopped and turned it in without listening to it.

This dramatization was well done for what it was. I feel though, having actually read the previous books, that it lacked detail. I would have prefered to hear a reading to get the background information of where we were and what we were seeing. Instead, we are given what it must be like for the blind to watch a movie, all the dialog and no visuals.

I have never tried one of the drama style audio books, so I didn't know what to expect. I was used to someone reading a book to me with a few different accents or inflections to their own voice. This was like listening to a play, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I can't decided which style I enjoy better. I suppose it would depend on the type of audio book. I highly recommend this and I am going to try other books done in this manner.
