The 3rd track and 2nd of 3 different meditatations is amazing. It is about 18 minutes long and every time helps me release all stress.

Fantastic book! This is one of the only successful tools I have found that genuinely helps me to relieve any anxiety that I might be having. Not recommended for commute listening, as it helps me fall into a relaxed sleep every time I listen to it.

Voice was very relaxing. I would listen at night and fall asleep to it, but I'm not sure that's what it's suppose to do! Hopefully I got something out of it subliminally!
