A lot of this book was nothing more then an advertising plug for the author's nutrition system. But there was some good information buried within. If you are new to nutrition and fitness then this is a good starting point. If you have had any experience then there isn't much more here.
I read the book prior to listening. Good motivation while on the treadmill. the book visuals are a little easier to follow, but I liked the personal stories.
Absolute fluff. Not worth the postage. I can't believe this guy has become rich off this kind of drivel. Not even 3 insightful tips. A big commercial for his protein drink.
This is excellent!! I highly recommend this Program. I believe that this Program has motivated me to make some drastic changes in my life. AAAAA++++++++
