Deep inside an abandoned planetoid, Ambassador Spock hosts a secret meeting with representatives from around the universe-including such long-standing enemies as humans, Klingons, and Romulans-to lay the groundwork for a new age. But to keep the tenuous peace from fracturing, Spock realizes he must uncover the truth of his people's past.
