I keep this book in print to give to friends/family when they feel stuck. I read or listen to it occasionally to give myself a "kick". Everyone will need to read it at some point in their life.

I have read this book and loved it. I thought that this was a good summary reminder. If you like what the CD says, I would definitely recommend the book as it has some great exercises!

a good quick little reminder. this book should be listened to every few weeks more as a mental tune up. its pretty elementary if you have studied success at all, but as I mentioned its a good quick refresher. If you are just getting into personal achievement/success study, its a great start.

Feel Good 101

I had expected to learn more specific "fear-busting" techniques from this CD - ways to reduce physical tension before public speaking, for example. Instead, I got a psychology lesson on being positive, changing my attitude, affirming my worth, etc. I'm REALLY glad I didn't actually buy this title; it would not have been worth it. But if you need a primer (or review) of how to live a more positive, affirming life so that you don't feel afraid/ powerless/ worthless in the first place, this will put you on that path.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway

This was a fairly helpful selection. There is nothing particularly profound in the message. However, like many self-help books, you become more senitive to the things you already knew or should begin to apply and focus on. Also, it helps you think about an old problem in a new way, and this may be just the thing you need to begin to make changes. The narration was pleasant, and overall it was time well spent.

I enjoyed this CD. It really gave some great points on succeeding even in fear. It motivates you to know what ever happens "You Can Handle It." I would recommend this CD to everyone who wants to take risk and move outside the box.

The Title of the Book Says it All

There are some good messages in this recording. If you can get past the author's syrupy voice and high-school drama class delivery, you can ingest a lot of foundational messages. It's probably nothing you didn't already know, but as Dr. Jeffers enthuses: "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway"! Here I go:..."I am powerful and I am loved -- I am powerful and I'm loving it..."
