When her friend suggests the outlandish idea of losing her virginity to the sexy and sure-to-be-skilled porn star, Alexa is mortified. But then when Cade refuses her proposition, she finds herself pissed off and embarrassed. When she tracks him down to give him a piece of her mind, she isn't prepared for what she finds. Watching him care for his little sister tugs at her heart, and suddenly it's no longer just about losing her virginity, but about helping Cade. Because Lord help her, she might just be falling for a porn star . . .

I have read other books by this author and liked them but this one was just a NO for me. I was immediately sucked in at the beginning the book had a lot of potential but by the middle of the book I could not relate to either character Alexa was just annoying and invasive, and Cade's mistake was unforgivable in my view. Not to mention I found my self rolling my eyes multiple times throughout their banter in conversations. I know it was a short story but I just felt like most of the things that build a character was rushed and unimportant details were repeated for whatever reason and maybe that's why I just could not relate to either character. All in all I would not recommend this to a friend.

The guy narrator was great, the female voice seemed much older then the character she was reading for, kind of threw me off but the story itself was still enjoyable. Pervious review was accurate in it focused a lot of time on the beginning and rushed through the end- left you wanting more of something. Her school mates crush on her literally could've been erased entirely and not changed the effect of the story.

The story seemed half finished. The author completely focused on the beginning of their relationship and almost seemed to ignore the girl's parents. The end seemed unrealistic, in regards to the parents; or at least rushed. The author could have also included more of the guy's sister, or perhaps may her more of an active character. All in all, I liked the book, it just seemed to stop abruptly in the middle of the story.
