This book really needs to be read in print so that one may go back to review previous pages/ chapters. Great content though

I think I'm not the right listener for self-help/psychology audiobooks. They tend not to be written tightly, and this book is an example. I wanted to fast-forward too many times, so I gave up halfway through. The reader was great -- it's my brain :-) I'll try finding a print copy at the library and give it another go that way -- subject is very interesting.
