This CD spends most of the time just telling what "we are going to do later on". The actual activities are short and unremarkable.

Could not stand to hear him speak. Not sure I made it to the hour mark before I just couldn't take it any longer!

Didn't enjoy this too much. The person reading the book put me to sleep. There are better books on contemplative prayer out there.
