I was really looking forward to this CD and put it at the top of my to ship list. Ten minutes into this audiobook I was actually embarrassed I was listening to it and rolled my window up so no one would hear this guy talking. If you like your narrator to read to you as if you were a five year old, you will enjoy this. If you find long breathy pauses and marked changes in voice inflection for pretentious effect satisfying, by all means get this audiobook. I could not tell if he was trying to sound like a yogi dispensing wisdom to the masses or Eckhart Tolle (he failed miserably and is not near the level of Tolle) or was woken up mid-meditation to narrate. This was simplistic and he relied heavily on the work and wisdom of others. It was difficult to get any intelligent message with the way this was narrated.
Probably a good start but leaves out some major points. Not compelling.
This book has it's good points but it goes over things that I already have knowlege of. It is not a bad book. Eric
