I'm just learning about yoga and the spiritual side. I found this audio book so informative on mantras. I now understand better what they are and the meaning behind them. I've listened to this book multiple times so I could keep practicing how to pronounce the mantras correctly.

Over all very enjoyable. Upon completing to this audio version it is nice to know a little bit about the Vedic tradition in order not to be at a loss for understanding this very brief description. I believe the most valuable part of a listening like this is to use it to learn the correct pronunciations (impossible to know for sure with a print book) and buy a more through tool to learn the theory behind the practice. I will rent more from this author.

Centuries ago, the seers and sages of India observed that particular chanted prayers-Sanskrit mantras-connect us with this feminine energy and increase its potency.
