This book is fantastic for everyone to hear. We can all do better in our relationships and understanding our reactions. That is shy I wish this book wasn't only written for women. Men can also benefit from reading this book.
Changed my life. I recommend it to everyone I know.
Great book to come back to. Can listen to the chapters separately or all in order.
It was ok.I would of liked steps on how to help my own problems versus hearing about other people's issue's
Some really good information. Agree with another reviewer that said the reader's voice is a little irritating after a while. Overall I really liked the book.
This was the most excruciating hour of my life having to listen to the hoarse voice. Maybe there were a few good points but I was too busy tuning out her annoying voice. Then I had to stop before I started pulling my own hair.
Good information, but the reader did not sound very enthusiastic about the subject matter. This was my first "self help" title rented, so not sure if all readers in this genre sound so dry. I bought the book years ago, but never finished it. The info on the CDs was interesting enought that I would read parts from the book now, when I need more info to help me.
