This is #16 for me in this series and it was fine except for too much Marla and body damages The food sounds outstanding as usual all wrapped in a good mystery
Goldy's character isn't believable because the author uses so much inappropriate and indiscrete police work to boost her sleuth's ability. The reader knows that much of her work violated police protocol, policy and law. That knowledge makes it difficult to enjoy. The narrator is just okay.
Very entertaining, enjoyed it very much . The reader was fabulous !
