How do I send the gift certificate to the recipient?

Once you purchase the gift certificate, you will be able to personalize it and then email it directly to the recipient, or print it out give to them.

How do I print or email the gift I purchased for someone?

Login to your account and go to My Account > History. Click the "Resend" button beside your gift.

Whose information do I enter during Step 2 of the purchase process?

If this is your first purchase from Simply Audiobooks, Step 2 will ask you to Create an Account. Please enter your own information here. You are just creating a basic purchasing profile - this creates a record of your gift purchase, and an account where you can log in and resend or reprint your gift certificate if need be.
The gift recipient will enter their own information when they come to the site to redeem their gift.

How do I redeem my gift?

If you are a new member, click the 'Gifts' link at the top of the page, and then click 'Redeem'. You will then be prompted to enter in your gift code, and will be walked through the registration process.
If you are a current member and have a gift certificate that you'd like to apply to your existing acct, first log in to your account, then go to My Account > Subscriptions > Use Gift Card.

What happens when my gift subscription ends?

If your gift was applied to a subscription program, the recurring charge will continue on the credit card you used for registration. If you would like to cancel or change your plan before the gift period expires, you can do so through the My Account section when you are logged in to the site.

Are gifts transferable to another product or service?

Gifts are not transferable to another product or service once they have been applied. If you have any concerns regarding your gift, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Are gifts refundable?

Gifts are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have further questions, please contact us .

What if I receive an error when I try to redeem my gift certificate?

Your gift card may have been depleted. Your gift card may have expired. Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Your gift card may be a Promotional Gift Card and you're applying it to an existing account. Promotional Gift Cards can only be used on new accounts. Your Gift Card may be for a subscription service and not a dollar value. If the Gift says Gift certificate it is a dollar value that can be used towards a subscription or purchase. If it is a Gift subscription, it can only be used for the subscription that was purchased. If you have further questions, please contact us.
